The Springfield Colleens

The Springfield Colleen Contest began in 1968, with the crowning of our first Springfield Colleen, the late Ann Marie Kennedy. Since then, we have proudly had over 60 years of Young Women representing the City of Springfield and the Greater Springfield areas. Participation in the Colleen Contest allows each young woman to not only represent her family and Irish heritage but her community.
